Cancellation Policy
Thanks to you CK Skin Spa is a busy place! In an attempt to honor all requested appointments, we maintain a 48 Hour cancellation policy. You must cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours before your appointment. This time frame allows us to contact clients on the waiting list in a timely manner. Late cancellations or no shows will result in full payment due for missed appointment upon rebooking at CK Skin Spa. Late appointment changes may result in a $30 rescheduling fee. Prepaid services and deposits will not be refunded if 48 hours notice is not given for rescheduling or canceling appointments. Thank you for your understanding. Booking an appointment is an acknowledgement of these terms and means that you comply with our policy.
All appointments are reserved by credit card or prepayment. Online booking is available for your convenience.
Accepted Payments
We accept Cash, Visa/Mastercard/Discover and American Express. We do not accept personal checks.
We do not give Refunds on any services rendered or products purchased.
Return & Refund Policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your product please call to discuss your concerns. Please be advised there are no refunds for services rendered or products purchased. There are no refunds for deposits paid.
Child Policy
We request that you make arrangements for childcare during your appointment. Ck Skin Spa utilizes equipment that could be easily damaged or harmful to small children. This policy also ensures the relaxation of the other clients receiving services in the spa. If you do bring your children we reserve the right to stop the treatment if we find the behavior detrimental to the treatment, work space or equipment.
Cell Phone Policy
Please silence your cell phones during your treatment. Consider this truly private and stress free time so that you can temporarily disconnect and rejuvenate. Calls taken during your treatment time may reduce or interfere with your optimal treatment outcomes.
Minor Treatment Policy
Minor and teens with scheduled appointments must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their entire treatment.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available and a really great idea, but unfortunately, they are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, no exception. Gift Certificates can not be used on products, they are only valid for services.

Privacy Policy
We respect the privacy of our customers and will not release any customer information to third parties. We never trade, sell or rent/share addresses or any other personal information with anyone! Information received is used solely for the purpose of communication between you and I or used to process your payments. If you choose not to receive emails any longer simply contact us and we will remove you from our list.
