What to know prior to waxing
- Will it hurt? Everyone's pain tolerance is different, so yes it may be uncomfortable at times but it's so worth it!
- How long should my hair be? Approximately a half inch (about 3 weeks growth) for best results, especially when new to waxing.
- Should I shower before waxing? Yes it's best to have clean skin with no cream or lotion applied.
- Will my hair grow back thicker? No just the opposite, it will grow back slower, thinner and less!
- How often should i wax my legs or bikini? Every 4-6 weeks.
- Should I exfoliate before waxing? Yes but gently is all that is necessary.
- How do I care for my skin after waxing? No hot baths or hot tubs the first few days, begin regular exfoliation 1 week after waxing until your next appointment. We also retail products to prevent ingrown hairs.
